Job Description:

t Major Activities : • Identify automotive 4W & 2W business development opportunities • Contact to automotive customers (OEM, Tier1) and deliver the solutions to meet their new technical or processing requirements at target costs, through material innovation or application design solutions in line with automotive Industry strategy. Either through the replication of proven solutions in other regions or through joint development projects. • Report to supervisor the business and development performance in India to help tracking the market development and trends. • Update project list regularly to track/monitor status of each projects and developments, and understand future potential business. Outcome : Achieve operational target as defined by strategies and help to determine necessary strategic investment. 2. Key Result Areas : Technical assistance and coordination Major Activities : • Provide technical solutions, recommendations and suggestions in application development • Deliver/Coordinate technical service and assistance based on customer’s requirements and needs together with technical service team & Sales • Coordinate new product launch between sales organizations and technical service team in India Outcome : • Implement business promotion and development new business 3. Key Result Areas : Contribute marketing communication Major Activities : • Contribute marketing communication programs in India such as advertising, promotion programs, professional seminars and lead technical workshops internally and externally for automotive with the regional NBD manger and Industry lead in order to promote, enhance and consolidate the product recognition for Automotive in India • Participate Company involved exhibitions and support technical seminars for Automotive (ex. PlastIndia, Technical seminars with GKAs/RKAs) Part 1: Position General Information Main Tasks and Responsibilities Objectives and Summary of the Position (A short statement of WHY the positions exists) • Drive the long term business development in automotive industry in India through innovative product development initiation, application innovation, development of new customers and provide technical support and solutions to all automotive accounts to achieve sustainable, profitable business. • Pursue sales and achieve the personal sales objectives with the Styrolution’s product in automotive industry near Pune, Mumbai area in India. In addition customer management by initially identifying potential customers, provision of updated market intelligence to supervisor/team, coordination with CSO personnel where necessary, assistance in product promotion, etc. M
