Job Description:

Job Responsibility
1. To follow Good Laboratory Practices, all the safety norms and housekeeping and to maintain
the documents related to same.
2. To get the laboratory glass ware and other lab equipments cleaned as per SOP from the lab
helper/ assistant and Disposal of chemical waste.
3. To perform sampling and analysis of Finished product as per standard SOP and record it in
analytical data sheet.
4. To analyze Raw material, KSM, In process, Intermediate and finished product on various
instruments like HPLC/UV Visible spectrophotometer, IR, KF, Polari meter etc.
5. To perform analysis of stability studies of FP and maintain the analytical document.
6. To maintain & review Working standard, Impurity working standard, Primary & secondary
reference standard with analysis & consumption record.
7. To check and maintain the analytical document of performance of column for HPLC/GC along
with its follow-up of its procurement.
8. To maintain records related to retain samples with consumption record.
9. Reviews the document along with its record of temperature and humidity for retain sample &
periodic observation
10. To maintain good laboratory practices, along with safety norms and housekeeping in the
department.
11. To verify and inform the department head the stock of reagents, lab consumables and spares of
the various instruments as per requirement.
12. To calibrate, the lab instrument and maintain the records as per Standard Operating Procedure.
13. In case of any Incident/ OOS/OOC will inform to supervisor for further investigation.
