Process Engineer (Execution)

Job Description:

• Execute process engineering deliverables during project execution phase.

• Support in commissioning & start-up activities of new plants and modifications.

• Coordinate with process design team, project team, and site execution team to ensure smooth implementation.

• Review and validate PFDs, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and process calculations during execution stage.

• Supervise installation and commissioning of process equipment (reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, distillation columns, etc.).

• Provide technical support for troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and performance testing.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards during execution.

• Assist in conducting HAZOP/HAZAN, risk assessment, and process safety reviews.

• Monitor progress of execution activities, identify bottlenecks, and provide timely solutions.

• Support handover of project deliverables from engineering to operations & maintenance team.
