Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

🔧 Maintenance Operations

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for ME Plant & WTP equipment.

• Ensure minimum downtime of production and utility systems.

• Maintain pumps, motors, compressors, blowers, pipelines, RO systems, DM plants, and treatment units.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues.

⚙️ WTP Plant Responsibilities

• Monitor operation of raw water, RO, softener, DM, ETP/STP systems (if applicable).

• Maintain pumps, valves, dosing systems, filtration systems.

• Ensure treated water quality meets required standards.

• Maintain logs and documentation of plant performance.

🛠 Planning & Compliance

• Develop preventive maintenance schedules.

• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare inventory.

• Ensure statutory and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and safety teams.

👨‍🔧 Team Management

• Supervise technicians and contractors.

• Provide technical guidance and training.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
