1. Key Responsibilities

   • Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.
   • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
   • Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and monitor project progress using appropriate project management tools.
   • Manage procurement coordination, vendor evaluation, and material planning.
   • Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
   • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliance at project sites.
   • Monitor project costs and prepare periodic MIS reports, progress reports, and management presentations.
   • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
   • Conduct project review meetings and ensure timely resolution of technical and operational issues.
   • Supervise site execution activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
   • Coordinate commissioning, testing, handover, and project closure activities.
   • Lead and mentor project engineers and site teams for effective execution.
