Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Plant HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination between management and employees.
  • Oversee Payroll Management with accuracy and compliance to timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to all Statutory Compliance requirements as per labour laws and industry standards.
  • Handle Contract Labour Management including vendor coordination, compliance checks, and workforce optimization.
  • Manage Industrial Relations and Union Negotiations to maintain harmonious employee relations.
  • Act as a liaison with government departments and statutory authorities for timely approvals, inspections, and compliance matters.
  • Implement HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and grievance handling mechanisms at plant level.
  • Support manpower planning, recruitment, and training activities to align with plant operations.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and union management
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage contract labour effectively
  • Experience in government liaison and external stakeholder management
