Site Head Operations | Chemical Mfg. | Vadodara

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end site operations including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, and Logistics.

• Ensure seamless coordination across departments and align all functions toward achieving operational goals.

• Oversee day-to-day plant performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.

• Ensure strict compliance with all statutory and environmental regulations (GPCB, MOEF, GIDC, Factory Act, etc.).

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives — Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen — to enhance efficiency and yield.

• Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team.

• Maintain close coordination with senior leadership; the position reports directly to the Executive Director.

• Oversee product quality, process safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead resource optimization, waste reduction, and energy conservation initiatives.

• Support capacity expansion, technology upgradation, and digitalization projects.

• Leverage prior experience in polymer and chemical manufacturing to implement best practices and ensure process stability.

• Demonstrate capability to handle operations across multiple manufacturing units; previously managed up to four units in earlier roles.
